<p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree in counseling, education, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. </li><li>Minimum one year experience academic advising. </li><li>Strong computer skills and its application in an academic advising setting. </li><li>Strong organizational and analytical skills. </li><li>Excellent written and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Ability to deliver timely, accurate and precise information in a multi-task environment. </li><li>Ability to work independently, and promote innovation. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to interpret and administer academic policies. </li><li>Ability to work with a diverse population of students. </li><li>Ability to work occasional evening and weekend hours for special events. </li><li>Ability to travel for the purpose of programming, recruiting and advising students. </li><li>Must possess a valid driver's license and driving record acceptable to the University by the University's insurance carrier. </li></ul> <p>Desired Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Banner and Degree Works experience. Maintenance of student records. Coordination, preparation and maintenance of transfer credit evaluations and guides. Process departmental forms and graduation reviews.
