Xponential Fitness' portfolio of brands includes Club Pilates, the nation's largest Pilates brand; CycleBar, the nation's largest indoor cycling brand; StretchLab, a concept offering one-on-one and group stretching services; YogaSix, the largest franchised yoga brand; Pure Barre, a total body workout that uses the ballet barre to perform small isometric movements; Rumble, a boxing-inspired full-body workout; BFT, a functional training and strength-based fitness program; and Lindora, a medically supervised weight loss clinic.</p> <p>Job Overview:</p> <p>The Director - Technology Operations & IT Lead is a strategic, execution-focused leader responsible for overseeing the reliability, scalability, and security of Xponential's enterprise and studio-facing technology infrastructure. Operating within the Cybersecurity & Operational Technology pillar, this role leads end-to-end IT operations-including cloud platforms, network services, help desk, and systems administration-while enabling business continuity, operational excellence, and digital growth. This role partners closely with cybersecurity, engineering, and business leaders to enforce enterprise standards, implement secure-by-design practices, and support the evolving needs of internal teams and franchise networks. A key responsibility includes reducing Shadow IT risk by driving governance, visibility, and secure technology enablement across all departments. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in cloud infrastructure, IT service delivery, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment-balancing operational rigor with agility to support a high-growth, multi-brand environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Team Leadership and Management: </li><li>Develop and execute the IT operations and infrastructure strategy aligned with organizational goals. </li><li>Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of IT operations personnel. </li><li>Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback. </li><li>Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. </li><li>Infrastructure Management: </li><li>Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure, networks, servers, storage, virtualization, and backup systems. </li><li>Ensure system uptime, performance, and security. </li><li>Implement and manage monitoring tools and systems. </li><li>Ensure site reliability, high availability, and disaster recovery </li><li>IT Operations: </li><li>Lead IT service desk, including incident management, problem resolution, change management, and support services. </li><li>Establish and monitor operational KPIs and SLAs to ensure continuous improvement and end-user satisfaction. </li><li>Incident and Problem Management: </li><li>Manage and resolve IT incidents and problems in a timely and efficient manner. </li><li>Develop and implement incident response procedures. </li><li>Perform root cause analysis and implement preventative measures. </li><li>Change Management: </li><li>Manage the planning and implementation of IT changes. </li><li>Ensure changes are implemented with minimal disruption to business operations. </li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of changes. </li><li>Service Delivery: </li><li>Ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services to end-users. </li><li>Develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs). </li><li>Monitor and report on service performance. </li><li>Security and Compliance: </li><li>Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures. </li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards. </li><li>Participate in security audits and assessments. </li><li>Prevent Shadow IT </li><li>Budget and Vendor Management: </li><li>Manage the IT operations budget. </li><li>Evaluate and manage relationships with IT vendors. </li><li>Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effectiveness. </li><li>Strategic Planning: </li><li>Development of IT strategic plans. </li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvement and technology optimization. </li><li>Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends. </li><li>Governance & Shadow IT Prevention: </li><li>Establish guardrails and monitoring mechanisms to detect and prevent unauthorized technology and SaaS usage across departments and franchise operations. </li><li>Collaborate with cybersecurity, procurement, and legal teams to enforce policy-driven IT governance while enabling innovation and flexibility </li><li>Drive awareness campaigns and implement intake processes to channel business needs into approved, secure IT solutions. </li></ul> <p>Pay Range: $195,000 - $215,000</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental and Vision benefits </li><li>This role is eligible for a monthly cell phone allowance </li><li>Empower is our 401k company.
