<p>Inside Sales Intern</p> <p>Location: Progressive Components 235 Industrial Drive Wauconda IL 60084 -- Hybrid position</p> <p>Duration: Summer 2026 - part time minimum 20 hours per week. Pay Range $15-17/an hour.</p> <p>Position Overview</p> <p>We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Intern to support our Inside Sales team with CRM administration and sales operations initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience working with HubSpot, supporting data integrity efforts, and gaining exposure to Inside Sales processes in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assist with specification administration work, including entering and maintaining Specifications account data in HubSpot </li><li>Support execution of HubSpot AIP initiatives, including database clean-up and transition activities </li><li>Provide general Inside Sales support to the team as needed </li><li>Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across systems </li><li>Collaborate with Inside Sales team members on special projects and ongoing initiatives </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field </li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills </li><li>Comfortable working with data and learning CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus, but not required) </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) </li><li>Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a team </li><li>Strong communication and time-management skills </li></ul> <p>What You'll Gain</p> <ul> <li>Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and sales operations </li><li>Exposure to Inside Sales workflows and best practices </li><li>Opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that support the sales organization </li><li>Mentorship and professional development within a collaborative team environment </li></ul>
