<p>340B ADM Coordinator</p> <p>Pharm Svcs Alt Dist Model ADM</p> <p>The 340B ADM Coordinator will:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding </li></ul> <p>the 340B program, including eligibility, inventory, and distribution.</p> <ul> <li>Prepare and submit necessary documentation and reports to ensure </li></ul> <p>ongoing compliance with 340B program requirements.</p> <ul> <li>Conduct regular reviews of eligible patient lists and prescriber data to </li></ul> <p>ensure accuracy and compliance with program requirements.</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate the dispensing and delivery of specialty medications for eligible </li></ul> <p>patients, ensuring the appropriate handling, storage, and distribution.</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary contact for specialty pharmacy inquiries and ensure </li></ul> <p>timely communication regarding patient needs, medication availability, and</p> <p>billing.</p> <ul> <li>Ensure proper billing and coding practices for medications dispensed under </li></ul> <p>the 340B program.</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate regular internal audits of the 340B program to identify </li></ul> <p>discrepancies or non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.</p> <ul> <li>Work closely with all pharmacies/partnerships involved in the alternative </li></ul> <p>distribution model, pharmacy staff, healthcare providers, and other</p> <p>stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of the specialty pharmacy</p> <p>program and specialty pharmacy services.</p> <ul> <li>Educate staff on 340B program guidelines, changes in regulations, and any </li></ul> <p>best practices for maintaining compliance.</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a resource for specialty pharmacy patients, assisting with </li></ul> <p>medication access, insurance navigation, and providing necessary</p> <p>counseling as needed.</p> <ul> <li>Works closely with supply chain to ensure all medications are ordered </li></ul> <p>correctly, shipped, tracked and stored properly</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patients receive optimal </li></ul> <p>medication therapy management and follow-up care.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. </li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmacy operations, preferably with experience in 340B </li></ul> <p>program administration and/or specialty pharmacy</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience working in a healthcare or hospital setting, particularly in specialty </li></ul> <p>operations, is preferred.</p> <ul> <li>Pharmacy Technician certification (CPhT) or Pharmacy licensure (RPh/PharmD) is preferred. </li></ul> <p>Must obtain CPhT in first six months.</p> <ul> <li>340B-related certification, such as the 340B ACE, preferred. </li><li>Strong knowledge of the 340B Drug Pricing Program and regulatory compliance requirements. </li><li>Proficiency in pharmacy software, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite </li></ul> <p>(Excel, Word).</p> <ul> <li>Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities </li></ul> <p>simultaneously.</p> <ul> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with multidisciplinary teams and </li></ul> <p>patients.</p> <p>Salary Range: 29.49 - 47.18 USD</p> <p>We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data.
