(restrictions may apply) </li></ul> <p>DUTIES INCLUDE:</p> <ul> <li>Reads, understands, and executes directions given in writing, orally or in diagram form </li><li>Operates power tools (multiple types of saws and drills, router, pneumatic nail guns, air compressed tools), and other equipment safely </li><li>Utilizes a tape measure, working drawings, and speed square efficiently and accurately </li><li>Performs fabrication of Tuff Shed products (cuts, trims, paints, and semi-assembles) according to cut sheets or engineer drawings or other instructions efficiently using lumber and materials according to policies and procedures </li><li>Painting duties include applying proper amounts of paint, ensuring that appropriate side and edge coverage occurs and maintaining painting equipment and materials to Tuff Shed standards </li><li>Ensures that completed sub-assembly is placed in appropriate bins for specific building assignment </li><li>Makes certain that all power and pneumatic tools are operating correctly, safely, and within manufacturer specifications including properly maintaining and lubricating tools on a daily basis; immediately informs the Production Foreman whenever a tool is unsafe or is in need of repair </li><li>Complies with Safety and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements including maintaining a clean and organized work area each day from start to finish </li><li>Informs the Production Foreman when inventory levels are low </li></ul> <p>SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of the construction industry, basic carpentry skills, basic painting skills </li><li>Team oriented mindset and work collaboratively with team members </li><li>Ability to carry out instructions communicated in writing, orally, or in diagram form </li><li>Ability to use basic arithmetic as well as the ability to read tape measure, working drawings and speed square </li><li>Ability to operate air compressors, air tools, hammer, saw, drill, and other basic power tools preferred </li><li>May be required to successfully complete Tuff Shed fork lift certification </li></ul> <p>WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?</p> <p>An opportunity to join a successful company and be part of the growth of the team!
