<p>Duties</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <p>Instruction & Curriculum</p> <ul> <li>Teach Medical Terminology curriculum during the first semester. </li><li>Teach Phlebotomy curriculum during the second semester, including laboratory and clinical skill development. </li><li>Provide CNA clinical instruction on Tuesdays and Thursdays at assigned clinical locations. </li><li>Develop and maintain lesson plans aligned to Illinois Learning Standards, CTE standards, and industry expectations. </li><li>Provide hands-on instruction using industry-standard equipment and procedures. </li><li>Prepare students for applicable industry certifications and credential opportunities. </li><li>Differentiate instruction to meet varying student learning needs and abilities. </li><li>Maintain accurate student grades, attendance, competency records, and student progress documentation. </li></ul> <p>Clinical & Internship Coordination</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with and supervise CNA clinical experiences in partnership with healthcare facilities.
