<p>Kforce has a client located in Boston, MA that is in need of a Program Assistant.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with internal/external communications, change management, training, reporting, stakeholder management, and other assigned tasks </li><li>Support implementation of training programs for employee stakeholder groups </li><li>Serve as liaison with stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely and sufficient training materials </li><li>Prepare documentation such as Special Orders, Standard Operating Procedures, newsletters, email announcements, intranet content, and videos </li><li>Respond to staff requests for project-related information </li><li>Support test phase initiatives by ensuring requirements are tested, documented, and on schedule </li><li>Gather operational data and reports to identify trends and assist with strategies for customer adoption of new technology </li><li>Help employee groups adopt new workflows and technology </li><li>Assist with development and management of awareness, education, and transition campaigns </li><li>Provide regular project status updates and monitor adoption across stakeholder groups </li><li>Track overall project progress and escalate issues as needed </li><li>Respond professionally to inquiries from customers, vendors, or co-workers </li><li>Coordinate stakeholders and support organizational change and business continuity plans </li><li>Work any assigned shifts or locations </li><li>Perform related duties and projects as assigned* Strong organizational and time-management skills </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication abilities </li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) </li><li>Experience with project coordination or administrative support </li><li>Familiarity with change management and training processes </li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders </li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation </li><li>Problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues appropriately </li><li>Flexibility to work varied shifts and locations as needed </li></ul>
