In demonstrating leadership, you will need to be proficient in providing feedback to team members. You will conduct testing procedures during the manufacturing process to ensure products comply with quality standards. You will conduct routine and non-routine audits and analyses of all material that enters and exits the manufacturing plant. You will participate and drive safe working conditions and continuous improvement. You will need to be proficient in communicating clearly and assertively to co-workers while being engaged and motivated to enhance quality procedures.</p> <p>SALARY: Starting at $20/hour</p> <p>WHEN YOU COULD WORK:</p> <ul> <li>10 Hour Shift: Monday-Thursday </li><li>Overtime available! </li></ul> <p>WHAT YOU'LL NEED:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) </li><li>1-3 years of related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience </li><li>Curtain wall industry experience highly preferred </li><li>Basic math, reading, and computer skills </li><li>Effective communication skills </li><li>Ability to work in a controlled-paced environment </li><li>Contribute to a safe & enjoyable work environment </li><li>Able to work collaboratively with a team and leadership </li><li>Must be able to push, pull, and lift between 30 and 60 pounds </li><li>Effectively manage time to meet production schedules </li><li>Effectively use judgement to drive solutions </li><li>Able to fully understand and interpret fabrication drawings and calipers </li><li>Must take full responsibility for results, regardless of the outcome </li></ul> <p>Our Benefits</p> <p>We care about and invest in our employees.
