<p>Are you a strategic, action-oriented leader with a passion for driving business growth across diverse markets? We're looking for a Manager, Growth Strategies and Initiatives (OAW) to lead transformative initiatives across the Ontario, Atlantic, and Western (OAW) regions. This pivotal role supports both the Desjardins Agent Network and Direct Distribution, with a mandate to design and execute comprehensive growth strategies that enhance performance across all lines of business-including Property & Casualty Personal and Commercial Lines Insurance, Life Insurance, and Financial Services. As a key liaison for The Personal Insurance Company (TPIC), Desjardins Insurance, and Desjardins Agent Network (DAN), you will collaborate across functions to identify robust growth opportunities, diagnose challenges, and bring forward solutions that deliver measurable impact across the OAW regions.
