<p>Must Have Technical/Functional Skills</p> <p>They must understand:</p> <p>a) Price waterfalls (list ? discount ? pocket margin)</p> <p>b) Cost-plus vs value-based pricing</p> <p>c) Segmentation (customer, product, channel)</p> <p>d) Dynamic pricing</p> <p>e) Deal pricing & approval workflows</p> <p>f) Rebates, incentives, chargebacks</p> <p>g) Margin leakage identification</p> <p>Should have worked with at least one of the following with 2-3+ years hands-on:</p> <ul> <li>Vendavo Preferred (Price Manager, Deal Manager, Margin Bridge / Profit Analyzer, Rebate Management, Vendavo Data Platform (VDP) </li><li>Zilliant (Price IQ, Sales IQ, Price Manager, ML-based price recommendations, Integration with ERP (SAP / Oracle) </li><li>PROS (Smart Price Optimization, CPQ integration, AI-driven price guidance, Quoting workflows) </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>a. Own and drive pricing transformation initiatives using Vendavo / Zilliant / PROS</p> <p>b. Translate pricing strategy into system rules, logic, and workflows</p> <p>c. Configure and optimize price waterfalls, deal guidance, and margin controls</p> <p>d. Partner with Sales, Finance, and IT to embed pricing into daily execution</p> <p>e. Analyze pricing performance, margin leakage, and discount behavior</p> <p>f. Support change management and user adoption of pricing tools</p> <p>g.
