The Peer Advocate Coordinator participates in Network and Service Area meetings and training, as appropriate. Peer Advocate Coordinators assist staff in the documentation of mental health services, assign cases, problem solving with professional staff, represent Star View in the community and within state outreach agencies, as well as hiring and training staff. Travel required within service planning area.</p> <p>Division/Program Overview:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Community-Based and Family Centered programs.</p> </li><li> <p>TEAMMATES offers Wraparound, Intensive Field Capable Clinical Services (IFCCS) and IFCCS Outreach Triage Team and Child Outreach Triage Team services that cover a full range of treatment and support.</p> </li><li> <p>24 hours of referral receipt, and services are delivered countywide by the same team</p> </li><li> <p>24-hour Crisis Intervention</p> </li><li> <p>SED Children and Adolescent driven program.</p> </li><li> <p>Client and Family driven program with mutually agreed by service provider and family.</p> </li><li> <p>Contract with DMH and Child Protected Services and Probation.</p> </li></ul> <p>Learn more about SBHG at: https://www.starsinc.com/stars-inc/</p> <p>For Additional Information:</p> <p>Jerevilla@starsinc.com</p> <p>In accordance with California law, the grade for this position is 22.78 - 36.46.
