<p>Job Title: Advance Practice Nurse</p> <p>Location: Hamilton</p> <p>Department: Administration Physicians</p> <p>Req#: 48149</p> <p>Status: Part Time</p> <p>Shift: Day</p> <p>Pay Range: $90,000-$170,000</p> <p>Pay Transparency:</p> <p>The above reflects the anticipated hourly wage range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey.</p> <p>The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.</p> <p>Job Overview</p> <ul> <li>Works with CSH operational leaders to optimize patient care visit templates to promote multidisciplinary care for patient population, focusing on aligning with fiscal programmatic sustainability </li><li>Recognizes the special healthcare needs of patients and demonstrate the ability to meet those needs in clinical practice in a patient and family centered manner. </li><li>Meets expectations of department staff position as required to meet customer expectations. </li><li>Demonstrates understanding of diagnosis pertinent medical finding, rationale and goals of treatment, and medical interventions for patients through practice and written documentation. </li><li>Based on assessment, initiates, directs and leads team to meet comprehensive needs, utilizing quality and cost effective methods. Assists in identifying and resolving ethical problems or dilemmas of individual. </li><li>Recognizes the need for continuity and completeness of care, above and beyond needs. Communicates and incorporates relevant research findings into practice, education and consultation. </li><li>Participates with other providers, in a schedule of coverage including taking evening, holiday and weekend call that will ensure uninterrupted ongoing timely patient scheduling and timely physician services for Employer. </li><li>Motivates staff to improve their performance, continuously, leading to improved department performance. Maximizes potential of self and team by supporting professional growth and conducting training and orientation sessions. </li><li>Maintains credentials and continuing education according to professional practice standards and relevant statues and regulations. </li><li>Coordinates the development and implementation of policies and procedures that guide and support the provision of services to meet customer expectations. </li><li>Develops and maintains cooperative relationships with colleagues as well as external contacts. </li><li>Develops and implement quality improvement projects in the practice setting. </li><li>Completes pertinent clinical documentation at departmental and organizational standards. </li></ul> <p>Certifications and Licenses Required</p> <ul> <li>RN License </li><li>APN License </li><li>NP Certification </li><li>CDS and DEA </li><li>BLS and PALS through the American Heart Association </li></ul> <p>Scheduling Requirements</p> <ul> <li>24 hours/week </li><li>3 days per week </li><li>8 hour days </li></ul> <p>Other Duties:</p> <p>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
