This will be for the Summer 2026.</p> <p>Projects & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Daily responsibilities include generating purchase orders & releases for purchased materials </li><li>Supply cycle count initiatives </li><li>Support process improvement projects </li></ul> <p>How Results Will Be Measured</p> <p>Every aspiring intern desires to find a position that will enable them to have a true impact on the company they work with. Our internship program has tools to measure success and help students identify what success looks like, such as:</p> <ul> <li>Cost Savings </li><li>Process Efficiencies </li><li>Floor Space Reduction </li><li>Inventory Turns </li></ul> <p>Essential Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Junior or Senior, Finance/Operations/Supply Chain Management major or similar field of study preferred. </li><li>Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and Word. </li><li>Ability to be on your feet and out on the production floor regularly and able to lift up to 50 pounds. </li><li>Ability to work at Burlington, WI facility, with an opportunity to work at the Whitewater, WI facility on occasion. </li><li>Able to work full time hours for the summer, 7 am - 3:30 pm M-F </li><li>Mid/late May - end of August </li><li>Must have reliable transportation to allow flexibility to be at both plants (we do provide mileage reimbursement) </li></ul> <p>Apply Now</p>
