<p>American Battery Technology Company (ABTC) is an industry-leading battery metals and critical material technology development and commercialization company. Our Pilot Plant just outside of Reno, Nevada will be the first integrated implementation of our multi-step processing train for the full mechanical processing, physical separation, chemical extraction, and production of commercial-scale battery metals that will be resold back into the battery manufacturing supply chain to enact a low-cost, low environmental impact, and domestically sourced closed-loop circular economy.</p> <p>The Maintenance Planner is responsible for driving maintenance efficiency and equipment reliability through detailed work planning, scheduling coordination, CMMS data integrity, and spare parts readiness. This role ensures maintenance work is properly scoped, estimated, kitted, and scheduled to maximize technician productivity and minimize equipment downtime. The Planner works cross-functionally with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and Procurement to ensure safe, compliant, and well-executed maintenance activities. The ideal candidate for this position will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in maintenance planning in an industrial or manufacturing environment.</p>
