Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.</p> <p>Stackable Pay Incentives</p> <p>$2.50 per hour night shift differential + weekend differential of $1.75/hr.</p> <p>Comprehensive benefits package</p> <p>BCBS Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with 5% match, $5250 Educational assistance per year.</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY: The Patient Care Technician/Certified Nursing Assistant (PCT/CNA) provides appropriate safe basic care to patients which includes taking vital signs, assisting patients with activities of daily living, specimen collection, and observation of patients for physical/emotional changes. Other duties include recording pertinent information in patient charts, communicating with other Patient Care Team members to ensure continuity of care, and may function in a role providing constant supervision to patients as needed.
