<p>The Role</p> <p>As an outbound Business Development Representative, you will own the top of the funnel for strategic and enterprise accounts. You will use best-in-class prospecting tools and intent data to identify active buyers, engage them with relevant messaging, and convert them into qualified sales opportunities.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Own outbound prospecting across a defined book of business </li><li>Research, prioritize, and engage ICP accounts using: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Intent platforms (e.g., Common Room, Bombora, etc.) </li><li>Run multi-channel sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone, video) </li><li>Identify buying signals and tailor outreach based on account activity </li><li>Book qualified meetings for Account Executives </li><li>Maintain accurate activity, lead, and account data in CRM </li><li>Consistently exceed monthly outbound meeting and pipeline targets </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <ul> <li>1+ year of experience as a BDR or SDR in SaaS or B2B tech targeting strategic and enterprise companies </li><li>Demonstrated track record of exceeding outbound targets </li><li>Hands-on experience with outbound tech stack: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo (or similar data provider), Sales engagement tools (Gong), Intent data platforms (Common Room, Bombora, etc.) </li><li>Comfortable prospecting into strategic and enterprise accounts </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Highly organized with strong time and pipeline management </li></ul> <p>What Success Looks Like In your first 90 days, you will</p> <ul> <li>Be fully ramped on Typeface's ICP, use cases, and value proposition </li><li>Consistently hit outbound activity and meeting targets </li><li>Generate qualified pipeline from accounts showing real buying intent </li><li>Be a trusted partner to AEs on your accounts </li></ul> <p>Base Salary</p> <p>The compensation for this role is $65,000 - $70,000 OTE. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process.</p>
