<p>Rate: 23.63/hour</p> <p>Monday - Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm.</p> <p>Performs all duties in an efficient manner to ensure all daily inspections are done and proper shipping tags are marked on drums. Follows all procedures as applicable. Performs general maintenance as needed.</p> <p>Major Areas of Accountability:</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Must be capable of operating a forklift to safely move drums and containers throughout the facility. </li><li>Co-disposal operation - Moves drums into and out of the Hot Box and monitors curing process, maintains logs, completes inspections, and prepares loads for shipment </li><li>Dismantles and discards of used totes, etc </li><li>Monitors and maintains dust collector drums, distillate knockout drums, and sublimation collection drums </li><li>Maintains housekeeping for various areas of the plant </li><li>General cleanup of the locker room and break rooms </li><li>Assist production with clean up and housekeeping events </li><li>Must be able to learn and demonstrate understanding of policies and procedures for hazardous waste accumulation, container labeling and marking, container storage, recycling and waste minimization, and emergency response roles in the facility Contingency Plan. </li><li>Must be able to work independently. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned by management. </li><li>Punctuality and regularity of attendance are job requirements. </li></ul> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>High School Degree or equivalent </li><li>Must be organized </li><li>Must be capable of learning the duties of a worker in a chemical plant environment </li><li>Must be capable of operating a forklift </li><li>Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb, and walk </li></ul> <p>Reasonable Accommodations:</p> <p>The Company complies with all disability laws.
