<p>Job Description</p> <p>Digital assessment test is required to be completed within 14 days of submitting application.</p> <ul> <li>Issue parts to BRS employees in a way that demonstrates a high level of customer service </li><li>Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory counts are correct </li><li>Work efficiently with the mill computer operating system especially as it relates to issuing warehouse parts </li><li>Perform daily inspections of the warehouse </li><li>Organize the warehouse in a way that contributes to efficiency </li><li>Effectively work with required PPE </li><li>Ensure good housekeeping practices are carried out throughout the work area and grounds </li><li>Perform cross training within the warehouse to accomplish an understanding of all positions </li><li>Support other departments as needed to strengthen BRS profitability and continual improvements efforts </li><li>Maintain flexibility regarding work schedule to include filling in for coworkers during their absence </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Honesty, integrity, and positive attitude </li><li>Strong attention to detail and specifics </li><li>Strong technical and analytical/problem solving skills/mechanically inclined/computer skills/highly organized </li><li>Good insight into team dynamics and positive team player </li><li>Strong communication/verbal skills and computer literate </li><li>Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts and cranes </li><li>Previous related experience preferred </li><li>High School Diploma or equivalent </li></ul>
