Altogether, Tremco CPG companies operate 21 manufacturing facilities, 6 distribution sites, and 3 R&D/technology sites, and employ more than 2,700 people across North America.</p> <p>GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:</p> <p>Provide administrative support to the Facilities and R&D departments, both at the Beachwood facilities as well as the Fire Test Lab</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: List the job's essential or most important functions and responsibilities. Include all important aspects of the job -- whether performed daily, weekly, monthly, or annually; and any that occur at irregular intervals.</p> <ul> <li>Provide administrative support to the Facilities and R&D departments Create, track and reconcile purchase orders. </li><li>Assist with reception desk and mailroom operations. Act as backup for team members in these areas when needed. </li><li>Coordinate meeting room guests and set ups. </li><li>Assist with scheduling outside services as required. </li><li>Coordinate space planning and workspace assignments. </li><li>Maintain departmental and individual calendars. </li><li>Ensure assigned equipment is in proper working order and available for use. </li><li>Maintain property access control program. </li><li>Assist with site management, building, and occupant security. </li><li>Receives, manages, and reports on work order requests. </li><li>Complete and perform other duties, including special projects, as assigned. </li><li>Maintain a safe, comfortable, and clean work environment. </li></ul> <p>SKILLS AND ABILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma required </li><li>Excellent written, oral and digital communication skills </li><li>Able to effectively communicate with personnel at all levels </li><li>Computer literacy - including Microsoft 365 basic office tools </li></ul> <p>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status.</p>
