<p>Marketing Analytics & Business Intelligence - National Life Group</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>National Life Group is seeking an experienced Product Manager, Marketing Analytics & BI to enhance our measurement capabilities, business intelligence (BI) analytics, and dashboarding solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data-driven decision-making, preferably within financial services, insurance, or related industries.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute strategies to improve marketing analytics and BI capabilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives. </li><li>Design, build, and optimize dashboards and reporting solutions to provide actionable insights for marketing, sales, and customer engagement. </li><li>Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and distribution trends to inform strategic decision-making. </li><li>Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and customer lifecycle value. </li><li>Integrate marketing and advertising measurement into product planning and roadmaps to enhance targeting and segmentation strategies. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and IT, to drive data-driven strategies. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in Product Management, Marketing Analytics, or BI, with expertise in tools like Tableau, Databricks, or Power BI. </li><li>Strong understanding of data analytics, visualization, and measurement frameworks. </li><li>Experience in financial services, life insurance, or annuities is preferred. </li><li>Proficiency in SQL, with familiarity in AI/ML analytics considered a plus. </li><li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. </li></ul> <p>This role offers the opportunity to leverage data analytics to drive marketing effectiveness, optimize customer engagement, and support strategic growth within a leading life insurance and annuity provider.</p> <p>The base compensation range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to qualifications, skills, competencies, location, and experience. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual bonus, quarterly bonuses, commissions, and other long-term incentive compensation, depending on the position.
