<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Provide BHCC students with a high level of student service while helping them navigate complex systems within the enrollment, payment, and financial aid processes.</p> <p>Assist students with the following:</p> <ul> <li>Completion of the Free Application For Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). </li><li>Navigation of www.studentaid.gov. </li><li>Navigation of BHCC's Self-Service menu and all of its features. </li><li>Ordering of official transcripts, student MBTA passes, student parking permits, and tax documents. </li><li>Submission of the BHCC Student Health Insurance Waiver. </li><li>Establishment of refund preference (for student accounts) through BankMobile Vibe. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 1 year of experience working in integrated student services. </li><li>Strong computer and customer service skills. </li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. </li><li>Willingness to learn. </li><li>Strong sense of commitment and teamwork. </li><li>Strong sense of cultural awareness and sensitivity when working with diverse populations. </li></ul> <p>Additional Information:</p> <p>Salary: $21.00 an hour at 18.5 hours a week.
