<p>Our Kforce client located in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a FP&A Analyst to join their company. The client offers excellent salary and benefits, excellent team culture, lunch on the company every day, discount on cell phone payment, gym on-site, etc. This position is scheduled as on-site.</p> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>FP&A Analyst will develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenues, expenses, and profitability </li><li>Assist in the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting </li><li>Generate ad-hoc reports and analyses to support business decisions </li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams, including accounting, operations, and sales to gather relevant data and insights </li><li>As a FP&A Analyst, you will support business leaders with financial insights and strategic planning </li><li>Stay informed about market trends and industry developments that would impact financial performance </li><li>Support annual audit reporting* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, is required </li><li>2- years of financial analysis, focusing on FP&A is highly desirable </li><li>Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel and financial software, NetSuite, and NetSuite Planning and Budgeting a plus </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities </li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy </li><li>Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams </li><li>Ability to meet project deadlines and to support other finance team's deadlines </li></ul>
