They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, and skills.</p> <p>All employees will support the organization's mission and vision by exhibiting the following behaviors: excellence and competence, collaboration and innovation, respect, commitment to our community, accountability and ownership.</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field or equivalent work experience </li><li>Five to ten years of new construction marketing management experience </li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing internal teams and external agencies </li><li>Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, paid media, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) </li><li>Experience managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets and optimizing ROI </li><li>Understanding the customer, product development, client relationships </li><li>Strong knowledge of Florida's real estate market and homebuyer demographics is a plus </li><li>Marketing concepts and positioning </li><li>Highly creative and analytical thinking skills are critical </li><li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Enthusiastic, motivated and high energy </li><li>Proven leadership skills </li><li>Project Management skill set Team player; collaborative </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; talk and hear. </li><li>Position requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, grasping, writing, typing, repetitive motions, hearing ability, visual acuity, and climbing stairs on occasion. </li><li>The employee frequently uses a computer keyboard, regularly travels (as a vehicle driver and as a passenger on various modes of transportation), and occasionally performs work on-site at construction work sites. </li><li>Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
