<p>Alpine Cleaning and Restoration is looking for a Handyman/Carpenter to join our team!</p> <p>Seeking an experienced individual with the ability to do Restoration Repair Work and Finish Carpentry. Self-starter with good time management skills. High-quality work is essential. This is a position for a skilled person with strong knowledge and background in the construction trade. Will be doing both large and small jobs.</p> <p>Must be able to do finish work including setting doors, finish trim, and baseboard. Also, general handyman tasks of door knobs, blinds, finish hardware, etc.</p> <p>Candidates will preferably have the ability to do rough framing and structure repair.</p> <p>Some ability to do drywall repairs is helpful but not required.</p> <p>Will be working on remodels as well as new construction.</p> <p>The individual selected for the position will work closely with various project managers. The project managers will give work assignments, and the person will do each job according to the project manager's directions. The individual selected must be able to understand instructions written or spoken in English. The person must also be able to follow a schedule and meet deadlines.</p> <p>Candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check. We cannot hire anyone with a felony or certain misdemeanors.</p> <p>Candidates must have a current driver's license.</p> <p>7 paid holidays, medical/dental/vision insurance and paid time off.</p> <p>$20-$25 DOE, Hourly for up to 90 days, eligible for Piece Rate after 90 days. M-F 8am-5pm is normal workweek.</p>
