You will be working with our Healthy Families program, a pregnancy and parenting education initiative designed to help young, first-time parents (up to 23 years old) to create a stable, nurturing environment for their child.</p> <p>The ideal candidate brings understanding about child development, the ability to provide reflective supervision, and culturally responsive care, with a passion for empowering diverse families. You will support staff through modeling and teaching strength-based, trauma-informed care.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide clinical, administrative and reflective supervision to assigned Home Visitors. </li><li>Conduct quality assurance activities including co-visits, home visit observations and phone calls with families. </li><li>Ensure families connect with the necessary community services to facilitate children's growth and development, parent's own health and wellness, and improve family functioning. </li><li>Develop effective relationships with staff and families through utilization of motivational interviewing skills, modeling difficult conversations, and the provision of supportive, concrete services. </li><li>Plan and co-facilitate parent support and parent-child interaction groups, as needed. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience </li><li>Experience with family-centered and strength-based services in a home visiting model </li><li>Experience in supervising diverse staff and providing support in a demanding work environment </li><li>Driver's license and vehicle </li><li>Bilingual in Spanish is prefered </li><li>BA degree preferred </li></ul> <p>Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm</p> <p>Annual Salary</p> <p>$50,000-$55,000 USD</p> <p>At Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
