<p>Piper Companies is seeking an Information Security Manager who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's information security program. This role ensures the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data and systems by managing security policies, risk assessments, compliance initiatives, and incident response processes. The candidate will sit 3 days a week on-site in Raleigh, NC.</p> <p>Responsibilities for the Information Security Manager:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures aligned with industry best practices </li><li>Lead risk assessments and vulnerability management programs </li><li>Manage security tools such as firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, and DLP solutions </li><li>Monitor and respond to security incidents, coordinating investigations and remediation </li><li>Lead and mentor a team of security analysts and engineers </li><li>Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and business units to integrate security into processes and </li></ul> <p>Qualifications for the Information Security Manager include:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field </li><li>7+ years in information security roles, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership position </li><li>Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent preferred </li><li>Strong knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) </li><li>Expertise in network security, cloud security, and IAM </li></ul> <p>Compensation of the Information Security Manager:</p> <ul> <li>$120,000-$165,000 </li><li>Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays </li></ul> <p>This job opens for applications on 2/27/2026.
