<p>Job Overview:</p> <p>The Field Technician is responsible for ensuring that essential systems are well-maintained and operational through a variety of hands-on tasks, including electrical and plumbing work, routine maintenance, and timely re-pairs. This role involves optimizing system performance and conducting site visits for inspections and trouble-shooting to identify and resolve issues effectively.</p> <p>Duties/Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Perform essential electrical and plumbing tasks to ensure system functionality. </li><li>Conduct regular system maintenance and timely repairs for reliability. </li><li>Read, install, and calibrate logic controllers. </li><li>Conduct site visits for inspections and troubleshooting, resolving issues with precision. </li><li>Assist in building and installation of dosing controllers and tanks. </li><li>Maintain compliance with company and industry safety and regulatory standards. </li><li>Participate in on-call duty as needed. </li><li>Optimize dosing controls using atmospheric and liquid sampling. </li><li>Perform pump maintenance to ensure system efficiency. </li><li>Additional tasks and projects as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Required Skills/Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience with water treatment systems. </li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail </li><li>Self-motivated and proactive </li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in physical activities such as sitting, standing, kneeling, and walking for extended periods. </li><li>Must maintain a valid driver's license and adhere to age requirements (at least 21 years of age). </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required. </li></ul>
