We have experienced substantial, long-term growth and as a result are searching for another member to add to our close-knit team of people to manufacture our products.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Specialty & Quality Control Worker to join our custom closet production team. This role combines hands-on specialty fabrication with quality inspections to ensure our products meet the highest standards before installation.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Build and modify specialty closet components (glass, drawers, lighting, etc.)</p> </li><li> <p>Review drawings and custom specs; ensure accurate execution</p> </li><li> <p>Inspect completed jobs for quality, finish, and proper assembly</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and correct defects or inconsistencies</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with production teams to solve challenges</p> </li><li> <p>Keep accurate records and maintain a clean, safe workspace</p> </li><li> <p>Handle all receiving and verification of incoming materials and accessories</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>1+ year in custom cabinetry or closet production</p> </li><li> <p>Skilled in working with melamine, specialty materials, and 32mm systems</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient with power tools and shop equipment (table saw, edge bander, etc.)</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient with computers and data entry, signing off on all work completed</p> </li><li> <p>Able to read technical drawings and cut lists</p> </li><li> <p>Can lift 50 lbs and handle large panels</p> </li><li> <p>Strong attention to detail and quality standards</p> </li><li> <p>Team player with good communication skills</p> </li></ul> <p>This is a hands-on role critical to delivering a premium product.
