We drive innovation to ensure our cutting-edge solutions are helping to solve the biggest challenges in the semiconductor industry.</p> <p>## The impact you'll make</p> <p>As a Product Manager at Lam, you play a crucial role in defining the strategy, roadmap, and features of the product. You are both strategic and tactical. You will span the entire product life cycle, from definition and planning to production release, upgrades, and end-of-life. Your leadership skills will be vital in ensuring cross-functional collaboration across different departments to drive the success of the portfolio of products. With your expertise in both business and technical domains, you'll bring the product vision to life for Lam and our customers.</p> <p>## What you'll do</p> <ul> <li>Own the end to end product lifecycle; definition, planning development, production release, sustaining, upgrades and end of life </li><li>Define and manage the product offering and configurations through Product Option Architecture </li><li>Define and execute platform lifecycle strategies, including product extensions, upgrades, sustaining changes and obsolescence management </li><li>Serve as the primary Product manager owner accountable for Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), Problem Reports (PRs) and Non-Standard Requests (NSRs) </li><li>Own change prioritization and disposition, ensure configuration accuracy across POA/CRM, BOMs, documentation and manufacturing builds </li><li>Act as the central coordination point across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, product support and account teams </li></ul> <p>## Who we're looking for</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>BS, MS, or PhD in Engineering (Chemical, Materials Science, Mechanical) or related technical field; MBA is a plus </li><li>Prior experience in semiconductor environment strongly preferred </li></ul> <p>## Our commitment</p> <p>We believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week.
