Backed by 45+ years of success, Uline offers opportunities to grow your career with stability you can count on.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Build and maintain rapport by delivering excellent customer service via phone and email in a call center environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Own an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain low portfolio aging by conferring with customers to determine reasons for overdue payments.</p> </li><li> <p>Meet and maintain department goals while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with a team of enthusiastic call center professionals to minimize aging / bad debt.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or equivalent required.
