<p>Title: Chemical Mix Technician</p> <p>Shift: Rotating 3rd Shift (D); 2-2-3 Schedule; 5:30PM - 5:30AM</p> <ul> <li>Training Requirement: 4-6 months on Rotating Day Shift: 2-2-3 Schedule; 5:30AM-5:30PM </li><li>This position requires flexibility to support coverage for the opposite shift team during their scheduled time off, which may include weekends. At the discretion of the business, you may be scheduled to work up to three additional days per month. A minimum of three weeks' advance notice will be provided for any additional scheduled days. </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits: $24.00 - $28.50 per hour (with shift premium)</p> <ul> <li>Opportunity to increase your wage with our pay for skill program. </li><li>Medical, dental, vision and prescription drug coverage. </li><li>401k w/company match. </li><li>FLSA: Non-Exempt. </li></ul> <p>Essential Accountabilities:</p> <p>Chemical Mix Technicians work in a fast-paced environment making priority-based manufacturing decisions in a leadership role.
