<p>Kforce has a client seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their team in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will have completed multiple implementations and possess hands-on experience with SAP TMS or Blue Yonder.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manages the development and execution of product concepts, designs, and enhancements for Systems, including driving innovation and transformation for transportation processes </li><li>Engages end users and stakeholders to build business cases, develop key performance indicators, and launch capabilities for assigned products </li><li>Develops and leads the TMS product strategy, including creating the vision for assigned projects, conducting market research and planning, designing concepts and user cases, and completing feasibility analyses </li><li>Builds business cases for TMS product ideas and oversees the coordination of systems and solutions </li><li>Gathers, organizes, analyzes, and documents business requirements on transportation processes and competitor offerings to understand market needs and user pain points </li><li>Works with cross-functional teams (IT, Logistics, Operations, Finance) to design, specify, document, prioritize, and execute TMS product vision, including obtaining alignment and buy-in from key stakeholders </li><li>Leads end-to-end TMS implementations, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of SAP TMS or Blue Yonder solutions </li><li>Manages product launch collateral, including user documentation, training materials, and demonstrations </li><li>Measures and reports product performance and quality while continuously optimizing the transportation experience </li><li>Provides market, industry, and competitive expertise and analyses to drive product performance </li><li>Makes periodic visits to field locations, trade shows, and technical conferences to gather market intelligence and feedback* Typically requires BS/BA in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or related discipline </li><li>Generally 5-8 years of experience in product management or transportation technology, or MS/MA and 3-5 years of experience </li><li>Proven experience with multiple TMS implementations </li><li>Hands-on experience with SAP TMS or Blue Yonder (configuration and deployment preferred) </li></ul>
