This role is responsible for maintaining merchandising standards, supporting retail initiatives, and ensuring product availability. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently while building strong business relationships with store personnel.</p> <p>What will you do?</p> <ul> <li> <p>Cover a set territory of retail stores to perform merchandising and support client initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist store managers with retail programs, including new product launches, contests, and other promotions.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain full distribution and display of products in assigned accounts, ensuring proper stock rotation, pricing, and planogram compliance.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform audits, check date codes, and maintain modular integrity.</p> </li><li> <p>Collect and report data from store visits using a company-provided tablet.</p> </li><li> <p>Advocate for clients through sales opportunities, shelf work, and relationship-building with store personnel.</p> </li><li> <p>Follow store policies and procedures while providing expertise for client products.</p> </li><li> <p>Consult with management to meet objectives and report store-level observations.</p> </li><li> <p>Stand, walk, and work in stores for extended periods while adhering to safety guidelines.</p> </li></ul> <p>Experience and Qualifications :</p> <ul> <li> <p>Prior retail experience preferred but not required.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong skills in quality commitment, attention to detail, customer service, and communication.</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable using technology such as tablets and web-based applications.</p> </li><li> <p>Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.</p> </li></ul> <p>Work Environment and Physical Requirements :</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 30 pounds.</p> </li><li> <p>Work in cold environments as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Travel within the assigned territory is required.</p> </li></ul> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer (Disabled, Veteran) | Under applicable requirements, such as the San Francisco FCO and the Los Angeles FCHIO, we consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records or criminal histories | E-Verify Employer</p> <p>*Acosta Group, in good faith, believes that any posted range of compensation is the accurate range for this role at the time of this posting.
