<p>Change-Manage & Adoption Lead (Migration from MicroStrategy to Microsoft Power BI)</p> <p>Job Description: Change Management & Adoption Lead<</p> <p>Program: BI Transformation - Migration from MicroStrategy to Microsoft Power BI</p> <p>Role Type: Program / Transformation Support</p> <p>Location: (Remote)<</p> <p>Role Overview<</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced Change Management & Adoption Lead to drive enterprise-wide adoption of Power BI as part of a strategic BI platform modernization initiative.<</p> <p>This role will focus on business engagement, change enablement, and adoption acceleration by helping business teams understand new capabilities, adjust reporting workflows, and fully leverage the new analytics ecosystem.<</p> <p>The individual will work closely with business stakeholders, analytics teams, and technical delivery teams to ensure that users transition successfully from MicroStrategy-based reporting to Power BI dashboards and self-service analytics.<</p> <p>Key Responsibilities<</p> <ol> <li>Change Strategy & Adoption Planning< < </li></ol> <p>Develop and execute the change management strategy for the BI migration program.< Define adoption roadmap, stakeholder engagement model, and communication plans.< Identify business groups impacted by the migration and develop targeted adoption plans.< <</p> <ol start="2"> <li>Business Stakeholder Engagement< < </li></ol> <p>Act as the bridge between business teams and BI delivery teams.< < < Demonstrate Power BI capabilities< Address perceived feature gaps compared to MicroStrategy< Align reporting needs with Power BI capabilities< < < Capture business feedback and adoption challenges and feed them into the product backlog.</p> <ol start="3"> <li>Reporting Standards & Template Adoption </li></ol> <ul> <li>Work with analytics teams to create standardized report templates and dashboards. </li><li>Promote consistent design patterns and reporting standards across business units. </li><li>Ensure that business teams adopt approved Power BI reporting frameworks instead of recreating legacy structures. </li></ul> <ol start="4"> <li>Training & Enablement </li></ol> <p>Design and deliver a structured Power BI adoption program including:</p> <ul> <li>Business user training sessions </li><li>Role-based learning paths </li><li>Self-service analytics enablement </li><li>Office hours and helpdesk support </li></ul> <p>Develop training materials such as:</p> <ul> <li>User guides </li><li>Quick reference sheets </li><li>Recorded tutorials </li><li>Internal knowledge base </li></ul> <ol start="5"> <li>Adoption Monitoring & Success Metrics< </li></ol> <p>Define and track BI adoption metrics, such as:< <</p> <p>Active Power BI users< Report usage statistics< Legacy MicroStrategy report retirement rate< Business satisfaction scores< <</p> <p>Create executive dashboards to track adoption progress.<</p> <ol start="6"> <li>Feature Gap Communication & Workarounds< < </li></ol> <p>Work with technical teams to evaluate feature differences between MicroStrategy and Power BI.< Communicate workarounds, new approaches, or design alternatives to business teams.< Ensure users understand new ways of working rather than replicating legacy behavior.< <</p> <ol start="7"> <li>Community Building & Champions Network< < </li></ol> <p>Establish a Power BI Champion Network across business units.< Identify power users and analytics champions who can drive adoption locally.< Create a community of practice for ongoing knowledge sharing.< <</p> <p>Required Qualifications<</p> <p>Experience< <</p> <p>8+ years in change management, business transformation, or analytics adoption programs< Experience supporting enterprise BI (PowerBI) or data platform transformations< Proven track record of driving technology adoption within business teams< <</p> <p>Technical / Domain Knowledge<</p> <p>Good understanding of:< <</p> <p>Enterprise BI ecosystems< Dashboarding and analytics workflows< Data-driven decision making< <</p> <p>Hands-on experience with Power BI is highly preferred.<</p> <p>Familiarity with MicroStrategy or similar legacy BI tools is a strong plus.<</p> <p>Skills< <</p> <p>Stakeholder management< Business communication and storytelling< Training and enablement design< Workshop facilitation< Change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci)< New York5 - 8 Years10H06-Mar-2026YACTIVE114112-2-1</p>
