As we continue to expand, we're seeking talented individuals to join us in delivering exceptional care."</p> <p>The Senior Assistant Program Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and secretarial assistance for the Florida State University College of Medicine Residency Program located at Sarasota Memorial Health System.</p> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Require a high school diploma or equivalency and six (6) years' experience or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to six (6) years. </li><li>Require a minimum of one (1) year experience as a Sarasota Memorial Health Care System GME Residency or Fellowship Assistant Program Coordinator. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Prefer a Bachelor degree plus two years of related work experience. </li><li>Prefer the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations. </li><li>Prefer the ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments most of the time. </li><li>Prefer the ability to work with virtual meeting platforms and working knowledge of audio and visual (AV) equipment. </li><li>Prefer demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. </li><li>Prefer demonstrated knowledge of and the ability to interpret and apply related organizational policies, procedures, principles and practices. </li><li>Prefer demonstrated knowledge of applicable computer applications and advanced computer functions (Word, Excel, etc.). </li><li>Prefer demonstrated knowledge of the principles and practices of event planning. </li><li>Prefer the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. </li><li>Prefer the ability to gather, interpret, report, and/or edit information. </li><li>Prefer the ability to maintain accurate records and retrieve files from active or archive sources. </li><li>Prefer the ability to perform accurately in a detail-oriented environment. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education</p> <p>BD: Bachelor Degree</p> <p>Required License and Certs</p> <p>FDL: Valid Driver's License</p> <p>Reputation.
