This position is schedule as 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.</p> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Staff Auditor will perform financial, operational, and compliance audits to ensure financial reporting, regulations and policies </li><li>Review and verify financial statement for accuracy and compliance with (GAAP) or (IFRS) </li><li>Prepare detailed audit reports, SOX 404 </li><li>As a Staff Auditor, you will work closely with other auditors, accountants and management to gather necessary information for an errorless audit process </li><li>Stay updated with accounting regulations and auditing standards </li><li>Perform risk assessments - identify potential risk with operations and financial reporting </li><li>Mentor and support junior auditors in audit processes and methods* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting is required; Entry level with internship experience </li><li>Entry level experience, 0-2 years of auditing or accounting; Public accounting or corporate internal audit experience preferred </li><li>Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word </li><li>High level of accuracy and attention to detail in work </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting findings and interacting with various levels of staff </li></ul>
