<p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner </li><li>Enforce pool rules and safety policies to ensure a secure environment </li><li>Distribute and collect pool towels; deliver used towels to housekeeping </li><li>Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, including sweeping, raking, and trash removal </li><li>Restock and tidy private cabanas </li><li>Organize and arrange pool furniture as needed </li><li>Assist with poolside activities and events </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Naturally friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality </li><li>Comfortable initiating conversations and interacting with guests </li><li>Confident in independently enforcing pool policies </li><li>Physically capable of standing and walking for up to 8 hours in outdoor conditions </li><li>Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally </li><li>Strong work ethic and reliable attendance </li></ul> <p>Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills and/or abilities.
