<p>Join our team and change lives every day by creating and providing nourishing meals to those on their journey to healing.</p> <p>$19/hr. starting payrate</p> <ul> <li>Exceptional medical, dental & vision benefits </li><li>75% employer-paid premiums </li><li>Retirement savings program with up to 6% employer match </li><li>Life insurance, short & long term disability benefits </li><li>Employee assistance and wellness programs </li><li>34 Paid days off 1st year </li><li>So much more! </li></ul> <p>CrisisCare Center is a 24/7 behavioral health center that provides short term crisis management to an adult population.</p> <p>Convenient downtown Tulsa location with 24/7 security on premises.</p> <p>Cook Duties:</p> <p>Cook consistently produces and serves quality meals for clients in CrisisCare Center.</p> <ul> <li>Plan, coordinate, prepare and serve meals. </li><li>Create menu selections under the guidance of leadership. </li><li>Cook orders food and supplies under Supervisor direction. </li><li>Co- manage food and supply inventory including dishware and all cooking related equipment. </li><li>Maintain safety practices and quality health standards as required by the program and Tulsa City County Health Department. </li><li>Provide specific service delivery to the CrisisCare Center participants. </li><li>Prepare meals, snacks and sandwiches. Be able to modify orders in the event of additional needs. </li><li>Take daily sandwich inventory. </li><li>Keep dry storage area organized. Keep inventory rotated. Collect all dishware. </li><li>Cook provide guidance, instruction and direction to CCC staff when preparing and serving lunch and dinner meals. </li><li>Work collaboratively with the CCC staff to coordinate delivery of food service. </li><li>Provide specific meal serving preparation instructions (heating, if applicable) during times not on-site. Ensure meals are served during absence. </li><li>Cook maintains clean prep kitchen per TCCHD standards. </li><li>Demonstrate effective time management skills. </li></ul> <p>Drug Free Workplace Policy</p> <p>This job is classified as a "safety-sensitive" position as defined by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act.
