This position is located at 295 Valley View Blvd Rensselaer.</p> <p>Position Highlights:</p> <ul> <li>Quality of Life: Where career opportunities and quality of life converge </li><li>Advancement: Strong orientation program, generous tuition allowance and career development </li><li>Office Hours: Monday - Friday </li></ul> <p>Under the direction of the Director of Quality, coordinates and implements performance analysis and reporting for Senior Leadership, Clinicians and Administrators in support of Quality Improvement Initiatives.</p> <ul> <li>Implements data collection and reporting strategies for evaluation of key quality performance initiatives, quality metrics, outcomes evaluation, etc. </li><li>Interfaces data from external facilities/organization for reporting purposes; develops and analyzes systems and support tools needed to obtain information or statistics vital to Quality Improvement efforts. </li><li>Investigates data quality problems and reporting issues with recommended solutions </li><li>Delivers reports and owns various Quality metrics dashboards/scoreboards </li><li>Manually and electronically provide EMR data in support of contractual and incentive programs. </li><li>Collaborates with clinical and IT staff to support defined business requirements. </li><li>Works with external Business Partners (i.e. Payers, ACO, CMS) to facilitate receipt and delivery of quality data. </li><li>Analyzes data and prepares data trend reports. </li><li>Maintains consistency and integrity of data collection and storage. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Basic Sciences or related field or equivalent work experience </li><li>Minimum of five (5) years progressively responsible related work experience, including knowledge of research methods, basic statistics, business intelligence applications, and data analysis. </li><li>Excellent analytical abilities and good problem solving skills, required. </li><li>Exceptional computer skills required, specifically reporting metrics </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including strong Excel skills. </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills, required </li><li>Clinical/Healthcare experience, preferred. </li><li>EMR and Billing/Claims familiarity, preferred </li><li>Detail oriented, excellent follow up </li><li>Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment </li><li>Must be service oriented, quick learner, team player </li></ul> <p>Pay Range:$22.40-$35.84</p> <p>Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
