You'll manage a high volume of inbound calls, resolve complex issues with accuracy and professionalism, and guide users through HR systems with confidence. Your work will directly impact employee satisfaction and contribute to the success of our HR Service Teams.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide Frontline Employee Support: Represent the ProService brand through high-volume inbound calls, ensuring professional, empathetic, and timely support for employee inquiries.</p> </li><li> <p>Resolve Employee Concerns: Address questions regarding payroll, benefits, employment verifications, and tax withholdings, resolving issues or escalating them appropriately.</p> </li><li> <p>Support HR Tech Systems: Guide employees in navigating HRIS tools such as HRP, Ulti, Prism HR, and iSolved, ensuring seamless user experiences.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain Task Accuracy & Timeliness: Ensure all Salesforce cases and operator queue tasks are completed on time, with zero overdue items.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with internal HR Service Teams and departments to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues efficiently.</p> </li></ul> <p>WHAT YOU BRING</p> <ul> <li> <p>Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, customer-facing support role</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication skills, with an ability to clearly articulate information and actively listen.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with HR systems or prior experience supporting HR/payroll-related inquiries.</p> </li><li> <p>Capacity to manage stress and maintain performance under pressure and deadlines.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to solve problems creatively and independently while working collaboratively.</p> </li></ul> <p>Your unique background, perspectives, and experience matter to us.
