Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with IT teams, technology vendors, etc. 3. Facilitate the development effort by creating and monitoring an efficient, streamlined process between the internal teams and external technology providers 4. Effectively communicate status updates to all stakeholders across multiple organizations/ teams, with reinforcing quantitative measurements 5. Ensure project and program objectives, deliverables and results are completed within the agreed scope, timeline, budget and allocated resources 6. Provide accurate and insightful analysis and reporting, presenting the data in a clear format for presentations and reviews 7. Identify risks and create risk mitigation plans to ensure timely completion of the projects/programs 8. Manage technology product goals and forecasts. Collaborate with technical development team(s) to translate the long-term objectives into actionable technology strategy and an implementation roadmap 9. Guide execution by applying standard frameworks and development lifecycle methodologies like agile; setting to maintain backlogs, define user stories, and run planning ceremonies 10. Act as a liaison between the platform engineering team and IT leadership/stakeholders (security, compliance, infra, app teams, executive sponsors) 11. Ability to tell the story of the program, coordinate leadership status updates 12. Translate technical concepts and infrastructure strategy into clear roadmaps and justifications for stakeholders 13. Own and manage the platform roadmap, backlog, and priorities 14. Collaborate with engineering to define and document use cases, requirements, and goals for features like platform profiles, app registrations, and <code>cldctl</code> enhancements 15. Coordinate buy-in and approvals from peer engineering teams and leadership to support platform tooling and adoption 16.
