You'll oversee and coordinate daily care tasks, supervise team members, and maintain thorough documentation.</p> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Providing compassionate, high-quality nursing care </li><li>Supervising and supporting CNAs and QMAs on your shift </li><li>Coordinating care duties and ensuring timely completion of tasks </li><li>Maintaining accurate and complete resident documentation </li><li>Promoting a positive, resident-centered environment </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited school of nursing </li><li>Current LPN or RN license with the Indiana State Board of Nursing </li><li>Strong clinical and leadership skills </li><li>Knowledge of SNF regulations and nursing standards </li><li>A genuine passion for caring for older adults </li></ul> <p>What We Offer</p> <p>Daily Pay - Access up to 50% of your pay immediately</p> <p>?
