<p>-Mississagua, Ontario CANADA -Chicago, IL -Lincolnshire, IL -Kennesaw, GA -Austin,TX -Bentonville, AK -Kenosha, WI Owns product lifecycle management for assigned software licensing product lines including tactical execution, managing custom requirements, developing and driving end of life plans. Sets the pricing strategy, including defining subscription tiers, usage-based models, and promotional offers to maximize customer acquisition and profitability. Recommends promotion strategy by working in collaboration with Product Marketing department. Provides recommendations to influence SMB & Enterprise strategy to meet market needs. Supports product launch by providing a comprehensive understanding of the value proposition. Delivers product training to sales, sales engineers, technical support and other internal and external stakeholders. Works closely with development teams to oversee new product development validating development is on spec. Identifies beta site targets, drafts and implements plans. Bachelor's degree REQUIRED Minimum of 5 years of experience REQUIRED Software Licensing experience REQUIRED Strong experience in data analytics preferably in the software industry. Ability to analyze license usage data, spot anomalies, identify trends, and make recommendations based on statistical evidence. Familiarity with resolving entitlement/usage discrepancies and ensuring accuracy in reporting pipelines. Deep understanding of SaaS pricing/consumption models and revenue recognition implications. Ability to link usage trends to upsell opportunities, renewal health, and broader customer lifecycle value. Ability to present data-backed reasoning clearly, diplomatically, and persuasively, even when delivering unfavorable news. Advanced software licensing market knowledge Responsible for complete product offer definitions, technical and operational requirement identification and documentation, rallies teams to create the product offer following Zebra's New Product Introduction (NPI) process, coordinates post launch activities such as sales support, bid and quote support and customer presentations. Monitors financial performance of software licensing product lines and makes recommendations for pricing action against revenue and margin objectives. Works autonomously to develop and present business cases by completing supportive research, financial modeling (including Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)) and authoring slides and delivering presentations to internal and external audiences, routinely including senior management. Monitors and reports business metrics against plan. Recommends metrics to assess business performance.</p>
