<p>Summary</p> <p>This position is accountable for supporting the staff by performing a wide range of basic clerical/office tasks for the Office of Financial Aid and must be very customer-service oriented.</p> <p>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Greet all callers and visitors in courteous manner. </li><li>Assist with clerical tasks such as making copies, filing, scanning documents into Image Now. </li><li>Become familiar with all Financial Aid policies, procedures, and general information in order to assist with telephone and in-person inquiries. </li><li>Assist students and guests who visit the Financial Aid Office. </li><li>Maintains an appropriate and professional environment in the reception area of the office. </li><li>Answers phone calls and directs calls to the appropriate financial aid counselors. </li><li>Performs related duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>MUST BE A STUDENT AT SAINT XAVIER UNIVERSITY</p> <p>Must beFederal Work Study Eligible</p> <p>Must Include a Resume and Cover Letter</p> <p>Student must be dependable, professional, and customer service oriented.
