Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state. </li><li>Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable. </li><li>Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies).
