<p>Quality Coordinator</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are seeking a dedicated Quality Coordinator to support the inventory, setup, and documentation of new equipment acquired. The role involves supporting O2 and CO2 cylinder change outs in both GMP and Non-GMP labs, conducting walkdowns, and performing gauge and equipment checks with required documentation. The Quality Coordinator will also handle manual documentation, technical documentation, and quality checks, as well as oversee on-site contractors and help track timelines.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Support inventory, setup, and documentation of new equipment </li><li>Assist with O2 and CO2 cylinder change outs in GMP & Non-GMP labs, ensuring proper documentation in GMP logbooks </li><li>Conduct walkdowns and gauge and equipment checks with necessary documentation </li><li>Perform manual documentation, technical documentation, and quality checks </li><li>Oversee and check on-site contractors and help track timelines </li><li>Support cleaning and upkeep functions in main areas </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Quality check </li><li>Visual inspection </li><li>Documentation review </li><li>Quality assurance </li><li>Inspection </li><li>Facility management </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>HS Diploma (Associates or Bachelors preferred) </li><li>Prior experience in quality coordination </li><li>Experience with documentation, SOP review, and GMP protocols </li><li>Mechanically inclined </li></ul> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
