<p>First Merchants Bank is seeking a finance professional to join our team as an FP&A Financial Analyst. The FP&A Analyst will play a critical role in the company's financial planning and decision-making processes. We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in financial analysis, business planning, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and a clear understanding of financial statements, with financial story-telling capabilities.
