<p>| POSITION Paid Network and Systems Infrastructure Intern</p> <p>| LOCATION Butler Tech Central Office</p> <p>| GENERAL DESCRIPTION</p> <p>The Network and Systems Infrastructure Intern will work as part of the infrastructure team at Butler Tech. The intern will assist with physical network changes, routing and design, assist in administering Windows servers, help evaluate technical processes, review security recommendations, and become familiar with technical workflows and cloud administration of both Windows and non -Windows environments.</p> <p>Interns will work between 8 and 20 hours a week on a flexible schedule based on the student's availability and the tasks outlined at any given time.</p> <p>Internships run from September to April.</p> <p>| QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Current Butler Tech student with at least three months BT Support Desk intern experience; </li><li>Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking relevant to the position; </li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills; </li><li>Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team; </li><li>Strong work ethic and a positive attitude; </li><li>Ability to provide customer service, document progress, organize, prioritize, problem-solve, think critically, and exercise professional judgement; </li><li>Satisfactory attendance and discipline record. </li></ul> <p>| RATE OF PAY $15/hour</p> <p>| APPLICATION DEADLINE Until Filled</p> <p>| APPLY TO Butler Tech Careers</p>
