Your expertise, combined with a commitment to equity and creativity, makes you a perfect fit to help us build stronger client connections and drive our success.</p> <p>What you're responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Supporting lead source analysis and contributing to the development of strategic insights. </li><li>Collaborating with Regional Marketing & Communications to align branding and messaging with client engagement strategies. </li><li>Contributing to the creation of innovative approaches to identify and attract a diverse range of target clients. </li><li>Assisting in the development and execution of a local research strategy to identify, qualify, and win new clients in partnership with Client Relations and Regional Principals. </li><li>Mapping and maintaining key local client relationships, including new, existing, and previous contacts and firms. </li><li>Partnering with the Global Business Development team to identify and pursue cross-regional opportunities with high-value clients. </li><li>Participating in lead management initiatives and driving outcomes as outlined by the Principal. </li><li>Identifying and escalating potential risks (legal, reputational, financial) to the Client Relations Principal and Managing Director while adhering to ethical practices. </li><li>Ensuring the accurate and timely input of client data and activities into the CRM system. </li><li>Implementing and championing Business Development methodologies, standards, processes, and technology solutions to improve organizational effectiveness. </li></ul> <p>How we'll measure success</p> <ul> <li>Handover Efficiency: New leads successfully validated, qualified, and advanced to RFP inclusion or proposal submission stages. </li><li>Sales Conversion: Percentage of handovers that convert to closed-won sales opportunities. </li><li>Activity Metrics: Consistent tracking of Business Development activities, including client meetings, networking events, new leads generated, and follow-up engagements. </li><li>Collaboration Feedback: Positive and actionable feedback from internal cross-functional teams. </li><li>CRM Data Accuracy: Timely and precise updates to the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and usefulness. </li></ul> <p>Your Experience & Skills</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in client-facing roles with a strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships. </li><li>Experience using strategic outreach and cold-calling techniques to initiate meaningful connections with potential leads. </li><li>Strong ability to communicate the value of opportunities persuasively, ensuring alignment with client goals. </li><li>Proven success in identifying real opportunities and managing them effectively through the handover process. </li><li>Proficiency in CRM systems and data management. </li><li>Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills to work effectively across teams. </li><li>A commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in all client and team interactions. </li></ul>
