You'll be responsible not only for the project delivery but also for successful project completion in accordance with project objectives.? At Jacobs, you'll be part of a global team working together to achieve outstanding project outcomes.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Support the client and Senior Project Manager in delivering complex, multi-phased projects, focusing on scope, cost, schedule, quality, safety, and information management. </li><li>Assist in planning and facilitating meetings; prepare agendas, meeting notes, and presentations. </li><li>Help manage budgets, schedules, scope development, design and construction contracts, documentation, and project controls. </li><li>Review and provide feedback on consultant and contractor pay applications and change orders. </li><li>Ensure accurate and timely issuance of meeting minutes during design and construction phases. </li><li>Compile, submit, and track project purchase requisitions, change orders, and pay applications </li></ul> <p>Here's what you'll need</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. </li><li>7+ years of as a Project Manager in Engineering, Environmental, or Construction organization </li><li>Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, building systems/components and technology, team building, and client relationship building </li><li>Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with clients and to win work </li><li>Must be willing to be onsite daily. </li></ul> <p>Ideally, You'll Also Have:</p> <ul> <li>Proven data center construction building experience </li></ul> <p>#WestPMCM</p> <p>Posted Salary Range: Minimum</p> <p>117,300.00</p> <p>Posted Salary Range: Upper</p> <p>161,200.00</p> <p>Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
